I own the http://austinthompson.org/Thingmaker site. I originally created it as a reference for ToyMax and Thingmaker molds and I have been updating it slowly (ok, very slowly) over the last few years to include packaging, advertisements, tips, etc.

I am currently re-designing the site, you can check out the new version at http://austinthompson.org/Thingmaker/main.shtm . Let me know what you think, it'll be much easier for me to update it now rather than later.

Once the re-design is done, I plan on adding several more Mattel instruction booklets/sheets. Then I have some ToyMax packaging to scan. I'd really like to get more Mattel advertisements and packaging images. If anybody has any they'd be willing to let me use on my site I'd appreciate it.

Enjoy!

Great! I have a total of four ads comming in from Ebay sometime next week. They are all pretty cool looking. What resolution would you like me to scan them at? All the ads are approximately 8.5 x 11. Let me know, and as soon as they come in I'll scan them for you.

I've been scanning the paperwork at 150 DPI and saving the JPG's with a compression level of 20. If you email them to me, use this address because charter limits how much mail I can store on their server... mj@austinthompson.org

Thanks again!

Mj,

I am still waiting for my other two ads to come in before I scan them for you. They should be here by the end of the week. I've been scouring Ebay for more ads since they really bring back some memories when I was a child especially during xmas! My ebay madness is getting a hold of me again. I've bought some really nice sets and molds that I intend to plate, so I can get a lot of use out of them. I just one a really nifty case for the Fighting Men set. I remember this case as a child. I wanted one very badly, but never got one for my birthday or xmas. Now I have one! )

Efrain, Did you ever get the ads? I've been added the few ads I have to the site so I'm ready for anything you're willing to send my way.
