Does anybody know how to fix the thingmaker ovens? I have three that just quit working for no reason. I take great care in handling them. I don't know what went wrong. Please help!

See page 2 of this forum,,
"Can anyone fix a 1960's oven?" Ive looked at them and the one major problem is getting one apart, but then I wanted to fix one and be able to resell them,,, They pretty much were crimped shut when made,, your gonna have to flatten the bends around the outside or grind then off, and when you reassemble pop rivet the whole thing back together,, I dont want to jinx myself but I dont have one that doesnt work that I can take apart to work on,, now if someone wants to send me a broken one,, Ill do what I can, document it all with pics for the forum and return it,,, also beside my vast knowledge of stuff, I have a good friend who is an engineer at Dupont, and gets me cool stuff like the thermal wire that will be needed,,, Ive always thought it would be cool to adapt one with a place to insert a digital meat thermo probe,,

Ed,
Did you get the broken Thingmaker you wanted? I've got one that doesn't work.

OK,I finally got around to taking on of my Thingmaker ovens apart to try to fix it. Where can I get the thermal wire? What kind of glue can I use to put the wire on?
