Ed, you can pour pewter or tin into the old Creepy Crawler molds. I used to do this all the time to make "coins" for a Live-Action-Role-Playing-Game. Most used was the skull from Fright Factory, although I also made tick coins and beetle coins. The downside is that after doing this hundreds of times, the Creepy Crawler mold starts to show damage. I'm sure the skeleton mold would work as well and you could make a pewter skeleton. I always had to trim the "coins" using a Dremel tool with a carbide steel attachment.

You also might try getting some jeweler's wax (high temperature), putting this into the skeleton mold, cooling the mold in the freezer to release the wax, and then do a lost wax casting to make your silver skeleton. Good luck!

The lost wax Idea was what I was going for,, pressed into sand,, but making up the melting pot and all that seems a bit much,, I might find if first I can find someone in the area who is making jewelery and maybe all set up for this,, Ill make the wax pcs and just take it to them,, Do all the finishing, setting and polishing myself..
